The principals of SAS CONSULTANTS boast a combined experience of more than forty-five years in Architecture, Interior Design and Construction. An extended affliation with leading, world wide recognised design firms afford us the experience in designing, managing and administering various small and large scale projects and complex teams. Managing Director -OLA SERIKI

Ola, a founding partner of SAS Consultants, has more than 35 years experience in the architectural and construction industry. He started his career in the United States where he served in a variety of positions—designer, project architect, senior project manager, associate partner, and design consultant— for notable firms including Hamil & Mckinney in Dallas, Fusch-Serold & Partners in Dallas, GGK Associates in Philadelphia and Rosen + Erickson in Philadelphia. He was a founding partner of SAS Associates on his return to Nigeria in 1996. As Managing Director of SAS Consultants, Ola ensures the smooth running of operations in all the departments. He oversees and coordinates the architectural and interior design team, as well as the operations of the construction studio. Ola’s proven commitment to client satisfaction and dedication to providing excellent services give SAS Consultants’ clients the confidence that they are in good hands. Outside the office, Ola enjoys playing golf and he is a member of Ikoyi Club 1938 in Lagos. ... Executive Director -Timi Akinwunmi

Timi is a veteran architect and a founding partner of SAS Consultants who started his career working summers with engineering and architectural firms while in school in the United States. With more than three decades of experience in the architectural industry, Timi has worked on several notable projects including designing housing complexes at Inter-plan Design Group and drafting the construction document for the ‘Norwest Center’ in Minneapolis, a building designed by the renowned American Architect, Cesar Pelli. In the late 1980s while at the renowned firm of Skidmore, Owings and Merrill, he became fascinated with interior architecture and construction, and went on to focus on the interior architecture of high-end corporate offices. As Executive Director of SAS Consultants, Timi is responsible for all projects from conception to completion. He works closely with Project Managers and Field Personnel to ensure operations are running efficiently and effectively daily. And he makes certain that projects are executed according to specifications, on time and on budget. Timi is an avid squash player and a member of the Lagos Polo club. ... Technical Director -Emmanuel Oluwole Adegboyega

Wole is an engineer who has worked all over the southern part of Nigeria, from Warri in Delta State to Umuahia in Abia State, where he was part of the team that built the government house, to Onitcha in Anambra State, where he worked on the Magnus bank project, to the construction of the Navy quarters in Okokomaiko, Lagos and the construction of the link road between Ibogun and Obasanjo Village, Ifo. In almost 3 decades of working, his experience spans the construction field from consulting, building construction, project management to other aspects, and he has worked with outstanding companies including FHOMO Nigeria Limited, Bezal Technoserve Consulting, and one of the leading indigenous construction companies, Brickhouse Construction Company Limited. As the Technical Director at SAS Consultants, Wole heads, plans and manages all engineering project control and scheduling activities. He collaborates with construction specialists and project engineers in monitoring construction activities for compliance with engineering drawings, specifications and industry standards. Wole is a full-time pastor of the Redeemed Christian Church of God and devotes his time outside the office to consulting for and managing the church’s construction projects. ... Head of Department, Design Studio -Mathew Ajodo

Mathew is a science enthusiast with 17 years’ experience in the architectural design field. Before relocating to Lagos, his working experience had taken him all over the Northern part of Nigeria including Zaria, Jos, Abuja and Kaduna. He’s worked with leading companies such as Dorina Nigeria Limited and he was an integral part of the team that carried out the Aswani Market upgrading project. Mathew is charged with the supervision of the Design Studio at SAS Consultants. He manages the production of working drawings, floor plans etc. He also engages in concept development and serves as a site supervisor. Mathew has an unquenchable curiosity about astronomy and theoretical physics. And he devotes his leisure time to stargazing and researching space science. ... Head of Account -Segun Ojo

Segun is an industrious accountant—evidenced by his receipt of the best professional staff award from an audit firm, Bukky Orekoya and Company, in 2006—with almost two decades experience in the accounting field. Segun controls the finances of SAS Consultants and his duties include managing the company’s accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll, supervising the preparation of statement of accounts and budgets, ensuring adherence to accounting policies and procedures, and overseeing payment of all statutory fees promptly. After work, Segun is occupied with tracking down information on new inventions that pop up almost daily in humankind race to modernization. ... Business Development Manager -Enoh Agbomedarho

Enoh brings more than 10 years’ experience to the SAS Consultants’ team and was part of the team that completed the Afrinvest project in Ikoyi. With exceptional coordinating skills, she developed an efficient project proposal evaluation system, and an effective method of tracking spending during a project. Through her diverse business planning and commitment to client satisfaction, Enoh works alongside management and operations teams to ensure projects meet budgetary goals as well as high safety and quality standards. Outside the office, Enoh enjoys swimming, fashion styling and socializing. ... Project Quantity Surveyor -Oluwafemi Owopetu

Femi started off his career by interning with several consultant and construction firms while still in school at Ife. Consequently, he had acquired valuable work experience in the industry by the time he finished school and started working. He has been part of several interesting projects including working as the quantity surveyor on the Aswani Market reconstruction project. Since joining SAS Consultants in 2012, Femi has enjoyed the diversity of projects and the opportunity to work closely with the project team on highly detailed custom projects. As a Quantity Surveyor at SAS Consultants, he is responsible for the cost of assigned building project—from initial estimates, right through to the final acquisition of materials. Femi is focused on providing SAS Consultant’s clients value for money while adhering to the strict regulations that govern every aspect of the construction industry. During his free time, Femi enjoys photography—especially from great heights. He has taken aerial pictures from many of the skyscrapers in Lagos. He also attends many of the cultural festivals in Lagos with the sole purpose taking pictures to add to his collection. ... Human Resources and Administrative Executive -Nelson Ekwuribe

With 15 years of experience working with several leading construction companies, Nelson is an authority in the administration of companies in the industry. While he is a natural administrative person, Nelson’s interest in the construction industry dates back to his university days when he took up holiday jobs working with quantity surveyors in Lagos. In the course of these jobs, he got the opportunity to proffer administrative assistance to the team that built the Lagos House, Ikeja, Governor’s Lodge, Uyo and Niger Insurance Office, Lagos. As HR and Admin officer, Nelson is charged with the day to day running of the office and all employee related matters. To relax after work, Nelson tinkers with electrical appliances, repairing and sometimes taking them apart to inspect their mechanism. ...
